The City of Riviera Beach will soon begin delivering emergency and general alerts through the CodeRed notification system. You will be able to receive

critical alerts in real time by text, phone call, email, social media and through the mobile application.

We are confident that with this NEW system, we can reach you where you are! We will send alerts regarding public heath and safety matters that you care  about, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, significant weather events, missing persons and other community alerts ( road closures, water notices, etc.). 

 

To receive alerts, please register online by clicking here  OR text the word RBALERTS to 99411 OR  Register by Phone by calling 866-939-0911, select option two (2). 

• We recommend that you register under a " Managed Account". 
• If you register and choose to opt-in for text messages, make sure to provide your "Mobile Provider". It will ensure that you receive a text message.  If you do not know your mobile provider, you can select " other". 
• To receive information about activities and updates on COVID-19, such as testing and vaccinations, make sure to select " COVID-19 Related Information" under the Additional Information section. 
• You can download the free mobile application  by searching for " CodeRED Mobile Alert" on the App Store and Google Play.  The app will keep users informed while on the go! 
• Residents, Businesses and Visitors are welcome to register.
