Application Instructions

Singer Island residents and business owners who wish to obtain a hurricane re-entry placard may submit their completed application form by email to reentrypermits@rbpublicsafety.org.

While government-issued identification and certain other documentation can also be used for re-entry after a storm, having a registered permit can make the process faster and more convenient at checkpoints. Please note, permits can be picked up in person at the Riviera Beach Police Department and other designated areas will also be provided. If your form was not submitted in advance by email, please bring the completed application with you at the time of pickup with a copy of one of the additional documents identified on the application. Note, only ONE permit will be distributed per household and business.
