The City of Riviera Beach now uses Bidnet Direct!

STARTING APRIL 1, 2025, THE CITY WILL NO LONGER POST NEW FORMAL SOLICITATIONS THROUGH THE DEMANDSTAR PLATFORM, AND WILL ONLY ACCEPT BIDS/PROPOSAL THROUGH BIDNET DIRECT.

The City of Riviera Beach has partnered with BIDNET and is excited to announce our partnership beginning April 1, 2025. Our new e-Procurement Portal will allow the optimization of the bidding process and enhance operational efficiency.

Vendors must register on the BIDNET Direct platform to participate in the City of Riviera Beach solicitations. Registration is FREE. Click here for the vendor registration guide. 

As a vendor, you can register with BIDNET and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting automatic bid notification, your company will receive emails once the City of Riviera Beach has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business profile. In addition, the site handles bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs for other member governmental agencies throughout Florida.

Vendors downloading any solicitation documents should note that any addendums issued for solicitations listed on this page will be issued through BIDNET. It remains the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure utilization of the most current information when responding to City's solicitations, inclusive of Addenda issued. Failure to do so may result in solicitation being considered non-responsive or in lowering the rating of a vendor’s proposal.
