Attention Riviera Beach In accordance with the Article Il, section nine (9) of the city's Charter titled "Meetings of City Council" a Special City Council Meeting is hereby called to be held Monday December 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Clean & Safe Office 1229 E. Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach, FL 33404 to discuss and deliberate on the following Topics: Meeting Topic: Presentation of the final report of The Gaines Firm, LLC as independent attorney-investigator and supplemental to the report entitled "Mayor Ronnie Felder's Inquiry into Employee Complaints/Climate Survey." In accordance to Florida Statute 286.011, Public meetings and records; public inspection; criminal and civil penalties.— (1) All meetings of any board or commission of any state agency or authority or of any agency or authority of any county, municipal corporation, or political subdivision, except as otherwise provided in the Constitution, including meetings with or attended by any person elected to such board or commission, but who has not yet taken office, at which official acts are to be taken are declared to be public meetings open to the public at all times, and no resolution, rule, or formal action shall be considered binding except as taken or made at such meeting. The board or commission must provide reasonable notice of all such meetings. Please take notice and be advised, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, pursuant to F.S. 286.0105. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in the proceedings should contact the Office of the City Manager at 561- 812-6590 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceedings.
