NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

I/We the undersigned, hereby call a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City

of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to be held at the Riviera Beach Marina

Event Center, 190 East 13th, Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to be noticed by the Deputy

City Clerk as follows:

MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2022 @ 5:30 p.m.

PURPOSE:

To discuss the City Attorney’s Employment Agreement and approve Resolution Number

143-22. A Resolution of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, approving

the Employment Agreement with Dawn Wynn as City Attorney commencing December

5th, 2022; authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and provide an

effective date.
