In accordance with the Article Il, section nine (9) of the city's Charter titled "Meetings of City Council" a Special City Council Meeting is hereby called to be held Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Riviera Beach Marina Event Center - 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to discuss and deliberate on the following Topics:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such interested person, at own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, pursuant to F.S. 286.0105. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in the proceedings should contact the Office of the City Manager at 561-812-6590 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceedings.
