ATTENTION MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

The Chairperson for the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District has called for a Special Utility Special District Meeting to be held on April 7, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Riviera Beach Marina Event Center that is located at 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404 for the following purposes:
1. Approving a change of the Utility Special District Executive Director Position.
2. Approving a change of the appointment to the East Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Board as well as a change of the signee authority for the Department of Health documents.

3. Presenting the Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program.

Facial coverings are required.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Utility Special District Board of Directors with respect to any matter considered at this hearing such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
