Notice
Pursuant to Florida Statue, 286.011(8)(d), Public Meetings and Records, and in a desire to obtain advice concerning labor negotiations, a Closed Executive Session was announced at the June 17, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting. The City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, authorized the calling of the below session as outlined to be held at the Marina Event Center – 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, to be noticed by the City Clerk as follows:

The subject matter of the Closed Executive Session shall be restricted to International Association of Fire Fighters Labor Negotiations.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this Closed Executive Session, such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which form includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, according to F.S. 286.0105.
