RIVIERA BEACH HOLDING HOLIDAY ‘LUNCH’ DRIVE FOR SENIORS

RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (Dec. 21, 2021) – This Christmas, seniors in Riviera Beach will
receive lunch, not the latest Lego set, during a “Christmas Time with Family & Friends”
themed food drive.

During the season of spreading joy and love, the staff at the Lindsey Davis Senior
Community Center, 1550 W. 28th. Street, will be giving out lunch to seniors during a
drive-thru event on Wednesday, Dec. 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

“Communities and charities around Christmastime typically organize toy drives for
children,” City Spokeswoman Nicole Rodriguez said. “We want to spread some holiday
cheer to our seniors and make them feel special, too.”
