RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (July 14, 2022) – Fun. Sun and fish. That plus more activities is how the City’s children will mark the municipality’s 100th birthday on Friday.

The Centennial Youth Fun Day and Fishing Excursion for all ages is a free event on July 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marina Event Center, 190 E. 13th Street.

The birthday bash will include an array of activities including a bounce house, food, games, a DJ, dancing and live entertainment from Digital Vibez. There will also be fishing from the Intracoastal (catch and release).

It’s vital that the community’s youth participate in celebrating the City’s Centennial to reflect on its rich history and enjoy the present.

“We’re including the youth so that they can appreciate the importance of the City’s 100-year history,” Parks and Recreation Director Richard Blankenship said.

Everyone from camps, youth groups and families are invited!
