RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (March 2, 2023) – The city has received several complaint calls that company, “Florida Upgrades,” also known as “Florida State Upgrades” has been reaching out to City residents, informing them that the hurricane safety standards have changed in our county and that homeowners may be eligible to get their roof and windows replaced for free or limited cost after the devastation Hurricane Ian caused. 

We want to publicly notify our residents that City Administration and the Police Department has been made aware of your concerns; and those concerns have been forwarded to The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to investigate the legitimacy of this company.  Please click here for more information
