RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (March 12, 2023) – The Riviera Beach Police Criminal Investigations Division is working a shooting incident that occurred on Saturday, March 11, 2023 around 1:17 p.m. on the 1400 block of West 36th Street. An adult female victim was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center. As of Sunday, March 12, 2023 the adult female victim is in stable, but critical condition. This was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public. RBPD Detectives are actively following up on positive leads in this case and Marsy’s Law has been established. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Riviera Beach Police Department with calls on Saturday because many of our officers attended a funeral for our Detective who passed away.
