RIVIERA BEACH POLICE NARCOTICS UNIT MAKES AN ARREST FOR
POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO SELL

RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (April 27, 2023) – On Thursday, April 27, 2023 the Riviera Beach
Police Department Narcotics Unit arrested and charged Richard Henry (B/M) for
Possession of a Schedule I substance with intent to sell.

Members of the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at an undisclosed address.
Inside of the residence was Richard Henry, who was detained, and a search of the
residence was conducted. Inside, under the bed’s mattress was 6.6. grams of MDPV
(Molly) and 17.4 grams of marijuana. The total value of all recovered drugs are
approximately $400.

Richard Henry confessed to possessing the MDPV and was arrested and transported to
the Palm Beach County Jail. Nuisance Abatement proceedings will be initiated.

Police Chief Michael Coleman wants the citizens of Riviera Beach to know that drug
usage of any kind will not be tolerated in the City.
