RIVIERA BEACH, FL. (July 4, 2023) – On Friday, June 30, 2023, at approximately 5:17
p.m., Riviera Beach Police Officers responded to 190 E 13th Street (Riviera Beach Marina Village Event Center) in reference to a robbery. During the robbery, a distinctive gold chain, with an estimated value of $5,000, was stolen. Thanks to diligent police work and detailed video surveillance, one of our officers initiated the investigation, leading to a breakthrough discovery.

Through additional investigation, Justin Williams was identified as the suspect. Williams
uses an alias of Arthur P. Pizzi. Remarkably, on Saturday, July 1, 2023, Williams was
already in custody at the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office Jail on an unrelated charge
when additional evidence tied him to the robbery. On Monday, July 3, 2023, Williams was formally charged for his involvement in this incident.
