The City of Riviera Beach, the Best Waterfront City in Which to Live, Work and Play… is pleased to announce current acceptance of applications for a full membership seat on the Library Advisory Board. Those serving as a member will have full voting rights as outlined within the Riviera Beach Code of Ordinances (Code 1957, § 2-12.3(a); Sec 2-77). Functionality of the board is to provide recommendations in support of the Riviera Beach Public Library.

In accordance with the Library Advisory Board bylaws the following is required:

Must be a legal resident of the City of Riviera Beach.
Ability to serve a one-year term.
Ability to attend meetings

Preferred requirements:

Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.
Registered voter
Interest in Library Services
