REGULAR BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING
The RBHA Board of Commissioners Regular Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, 7:00 at the RBHA Administrative Office, 2005 W. 17th Court, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. (Heron Estates Family Clubhouse)
The next regularly scheduled RBHA Meeting of the Riviera Beach Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will be Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the RBHA Administrative Office, 2005 W. 17th Court, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. (Heron Estates Family Clubhouse)
NOTICE:
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceeding and he/she may need to ensure that a record of the proceeding is made, which records include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
Anyone needing auxiliary services to assist in participation at the meetings please contact the Housing Authority at 561-845-7450 at least two (2) days prior to the meeting.
Public Comments. The following rules shall apply to all Public Comments at Board of Commissioners meetings:
Requests to appear on the Board of Commissioners agenda must be in writing and must be received by the Executive Director five (5) working days preceding the regular monthly Board meeting.
A person may sign up and request to comment on an Agenda Item and/or during the Public Comments of a regular meeting but must do so prior to the Agenda Item or Public Comment section of the meeting.
Remarks shall be limited to three (3) minutes.
All requests must specify subject matters to be discussed at the meeting, when requested to be on the agenda or appearing for Public Comment.
The Board Chairperson or his/her representative may refer items brought before the Board to the Executive Director for resolution.
