BB KING, THE THRILL IS GONE



The office of the Mayor, in partnership with Councilman TD.Davis and the City of Riviera Beach Public Library, is sponsoring a cultural, musical celebration on Friday, May 29th, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:30pm. This event is to enlighten and enhance the knowledge of the residents of our City regarding the literary, musical and social impact on our city’s diverse population. The event also will promote respect and appreciation for the arts while developing better community and inter-relations among our residents.



THIS INCREDIBLE CELEBRATION WILL ALSO HIGHLIGHT THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF BB KING TO THE BLUES... AND WILL TAKE US FROM THE BLUES, TO JAZZ, AND ALL THE WAY TO MODERN DAY HIP HOP.





RESIDENTS AND GUESTS WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO VISIT THE LIBRARY TO SECURE A LIBRARY CARD FOR FURTHERING OUR MUSICAL LITERACY.
