A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL(“THE CITY”); FINDING THAT THE ________________ PROJECT LOCATED AT __________________ (“PROJECT”) IS CONSISTENT WITH THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN ADOPTED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (AGENCY); ACCEPTING A CONTRIBUTION FROM THE AGENCY TO BE USED AS A LOCAL CONTRIBUTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $640,000 (“LOCAL MATCH”) IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE AGENCY FOR THE CONTRIBUTION AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE LOCAL MATCH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
