The City of Riviera Beach provides electronic access to the City's interests against real property. Reports are provided through the Internet using Conduits™, which is operated and supported by Net Assets Corporation. The reports include Utility and Lot Cleaning information only. For Code Compliance information, please forward a copy of your receipt, via email, to cityclerk@rivierabeach.org.
Conduits™ reports are typically requested and provided to title companies, search agencies, escrow agents, and other real estate professionals as a regular part of real estate transactions. If you are associated with such an organization, access can be obtained through your company; we are happy to assist your company with setting up as a regular user of Conduits. If you feel your utilization of this software will be infrequent and will only need occasional access, we are happy to assist with that as well.
To obtain a report or to submit your request in writing, there is a $150 fee per property control number; advance payment is required; credit card payment is accepted when utilizing the Conduits software. To submit a request via USPS, click on the “Lien Search Form” link below, complete in its entirety and submit along with payment to: Attn. Office of the City Clerk, 600 W. Blue Heron Blvd., #140, Riviera Beach, FL 33404; personal/business check is the only acceptable form of payment. To submit a request in person, please visit the Office of the City Clerk located at 600 W Blue Heron Blvd., #140, Riviera Beach, FL 33404; cash, check, or debit/credit card are acceptable forms of payment.
