Our Facility

Our building shares a prominent position on Blue Heron Boulevard within the Municipal Complex, representing the importance of its function in preparing present and future leaders of our community. Large expanses of north-facing glass sheltered by a second-floor overhang allow sunlight to enter reading and work areas and citizens to view its interior activities from the plaza.

The reference collection, non-fiction collection, periodicals, newspapers, additional restrooms, and administration offices are housed on the upper level along with our African-American Room, which was dedicated in 1989. Also, on the upper level there are two conference rooms with one being 1200 square feet providing space for a variety of library programs, displays, and meetings as well as a computer lab.
