The Library

Welcome to the Riviera Beach Public Library.  The library is  an educational and cultural hub that serves the city.   Over the past few years, the library was located at 600 West Blue  Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach. As part of a public improvement project called Reimagine Riviera Beach, it was planned to update the library as well as many other public facilities throughout the city.  

Our Facility

The Riviera Beach Public Library is located at 2129 N. Congress Ave., Riviera Beach, FL 33404, opposite the post office just south of W. Blue Heron Blvd. The Library shares this space with the City’s Youth Empowerment Center, representing the importance of its function in preparing future leaders of our community.

The building offers a small café and lounge area at the front entrance. The Library contains a Periodicals section, an Adult Fiction and Non-Fiction section, an African-American Room, a public conference room, a state-of-the-art virtual reality room, a hydroponics lab, a computer lab, and classrooms. There are also sections of materials for Children and Young Adults.
