The services provided by the Streets Division are an integral part of the daily lives of the citizens of Riviera Beach. With just a short drive along Blue Heron Boulevard or Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., you will immediately marvel at the work of our Streets Division. Beautiful foliage with a variety of colors, shapes and sizes accent the well-manicured lush, green canvas of grass medians, which are anchored by towering palm trees. These corridors of beauty serve to guide visitors to, and remind residents of, the spectacular natural amenities that permeate the entire City.

Functional responsibilities:

• Maintaining the aesthetics of over 90 miles of streets within the City
• Repairing potholes
  
• Restoring of asphalt 
  
• Mowing of easements, rights-of-way, alleyways and swales
  
• Picking up debris around the City
  
• Removal of deceased animals from public roads.
