The City Engineer/Capital Program is a new addition to the department and has adopted the department's dedication in improving the standards of proficiency in the level of services provided to our citizens.

Division Functions Include:

• Providing technical support for all municipal construction projects in the City of Riviera Beach
  
• Performing technical reviews for all  construction permit applications, site plans and subdivision plans within the City
  
• Providing references and answering questions on land development issues
