As the City's official representative, the City Clerk coordinates the terms and maintains records of the boards, administers the oath of office to board members, and provides financial disclosure forms to those required to file.

The City's Advisory Boards are under the governance of F.S. Ch.112. Section 3-7 (B) All Board members are appointed by the City Council and its members.
